How to Keep Your Pets Safe During a Remodeling Project

Don’t forget about your four-legged friends!
Our pets even come to work with us at times!

Folks will often ask us, “What about my pets? Are they going to be OK? Do we need to board them?” Most of the time, your pets will be just fine during a project, and they can stay at home during the day. However, the answer isn’t always clear-cut. Taking on a remodeling project also affects your fur family. It can often be stressful for your pets.

Some of our clients choose to board their pets during the day, whether it’s a doggy daycare or something similar, just to give them something to do to keep their stress level down and keep them safe.

That being said, if you choose not to board your pets, we’re fully accommodating for your pets and will be more than glad to give them some treats and some belly rubs while we’re there! However, we do ask that you keep them in a safe area while we are working throughout the day and that you keep them out of the working area. The last thing that we want to happen is an accident involving one of your pets.

So whether you board your pets during the day or you keep them at home, that’s completely up to you. We’re OK either way. As long as you’re OK and they’re OK, we can make it as comfortable as possible for all involved.

We actually build some really cool stuff just for pets. Do you know that unused space under your stairs? That’s a great place for something like a cat condo or a doggy dormitory. If you’ve never seen one, send us a message. We’ll show you some really cool stuff.

The bottom line is we love your pets like they are our own!
