Taking on such a large renovation can be a hard decision to move forward with because of all the uncertainty. When we initially reached out to Anthony, we felt as though he treated us like a client even when we hadn’t yet committed to it. He answered every question we had, but also asked us questions to better understand our vision for our home. In that understanding he was able to provide us with feedback about longevity or cost implications of certain choices, and possible alternatives that might suit our needs better. Having all this information provided to us up front really made it an easy decision to move forward with.
Anthony even set us up with an interior design team and attended our meetings with them to further help achieve the vision we had in mind. This team helped us narrow down the endless decorative options to best fit our space and style.
At the end of day 1 demolition, we couldn’t believe how clean they left the space. This was our first taste of the higher standards of work that would set the tone for the entire project. Anthony followed up nearly every day in person or by phone checking in on how things went, how we felt about it, and whether anything needed change or attention. He was also extremely accessible via phone or text throughout.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic and supply shortages, he was mindful of the challenges and planned ahead. Even in the event of setbacks or schedule changes he always kept an open line of communication so nothing was a surprise.
Prior to the remodel, our home was out-dated, closed off and bottlenecked, and made entertaining guests challenging. Now we absolutely love being able to walk through the front door and see our entire first floor, and all of our new design elements. We can stand at the island while watching people relax on the couch, eating at the table, or cooking in the kitchen. After our first large gathering, it reaffirmed that Anthony made our vision come true and we absolutely love our new space. It is everything we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the work he has done.
We would highly recommend Anthony at Greystone Remodeling, and we will 100% be using him again for our future remodeling needs!

I hired Greystone to do an open-concept kitchen renovation on my condo. My old kitchen was dark, dreary, and barely had any space to cook or store anything. Anthony and his team listened to my needs and really could see my vision for the space. They constructed a plan and we were able to discuss any changes as needed. Anthony was very thorough throughout the process in explaining any issues that may arise, what timeframe I should expect, and what was happening day by day. He really put my mind at ease. That said, I am extremely impressed with the craftsmanship and pride that Anthony takes in his work. Sadly, it’s rare to find these days! I never had to worry about the job being done right. That’s what it’s truly about; taking someone’s vision and bringing it to life. Anthony and his team also suggested I maybe consider house crown throughout my house. While it was an added expense, I am SO happy that I made the extra investment. Everything together really made my space pop!

We had damage from a water leak repaired, rotting fascia boards and garage goal posts replaced, outside painted, inside room painted and hardwood floor in one room refinished. We found Anthony on the internet, and called him.
He responded quickly and come over promptly to give us an estimate. We trusted Anthony to do our work because he was professional, honest, fair and we liked that he was local and had he great reviews. Other contractors either did not return our calls or failed to provide an estimate after coming over. Our experience working with Anthony and all of his subcontractors was excellent. They were all easy to work with and responsive to questions. A minor issue was quickly resolved.
Anthony returned calls and texts amazingly fast. He always updated us on what work would be done next and when the workers would arrive. He stopped by each day to check on the progress and see if we had any questions. If we had not hired Anthony we would have eventually located someone else I guess, but I am sure the work would not have been completed as well and not gone as smoothly.
They matched the paint on the inside and outside and perfectly. The hardwood floor that was refinished joined two other rooms and was an incredible match! Some stone on the front of the house had to be replaced and the stone mason found matching stone and actually was able to reuse some of the original stone which saved us additional costs.
We added a few extra projects (power washing the driveway and deck and adding railing to the front steps). Anthony quickly found someone to do those jobs too. We highly recommend Greystone Custom Construction and look forward to using them for our next project! Anthony even brought our dog a birthday treat! Thank you to Anthony and everyone who worked on our house!!!

Trying to find a Contractor that does quality work and wants your business has been a struggle for us the past year. Anthony came out when he said he was going to, Made recommendations where I didn’t already have an idea of what we needed. He got us quotes back quickly, made tweaks for us, and then took care of all the ordering and delivery.
Anthony and his Crew did an AMAZING job replacing all the wood windows in our house with new Vinyl windows. We ran into a few weather delays – but we were always informed promptly with new proposed work days. They left the inside and outside of the house clean/organized when they left each day. It was so nice! We had one window that had a manufacturers defect, it was reordered and installed within two weeks of the original windows!
We LOVE our windows! We hear less outside noise and the HVAC is running less! Thank you!!
